The Opportunity
We're at the inflection point:
Henosia has product-market fit. People are building real apps with us. They're automating work. They’re integrating systems and connecting data. We've proven that vibe coding works, not just as a toy, but for real businesses, in production. You can describe software in plain text and get production-ready code.
But here's the thing: We’re missing the commercial leg on this three-legged stool
We're two technical founders (Jim and Janne) who've been heads-down building the product for the last few years. We can build anything. If you can market and sell anything, then you just might be our third leg!
We're looking for a late co-founder to own the entire commercial side of Henosia. Not just sales. The whole thing. You'll build the sales engine, the customer success playbook, the growth strategy. You'll figure out how AI should change the way we sell, market, and talk to customers.
This isn't a "VP of Sales reporting to the CEO" role. You're a co-founder. You'll own the business side just like Jim and Janne own product and tech. You make the calls. You build the team. You scale the revenue.
If you get this right, you'll have built the commercial foundation for a company that changes how millions of people build software.
What You'll Do
Everything commercial. Seriously.
More specifically:
Build our sales motion from scratch. What does selling vibe coding even look like?
Design and run customer success so users actually succeed (and renew)
Own the growth strategy: how do we get from hundreds to thousands to millions of users?
Experiment with AI powered sales and marketing. We're building AI tools; we should be using them ourselves
Hire and build the commercial team as we scale
Work with Jim and Janne to shape company strategy, fundraising, and long-term vision
Figure out what works and what doesn't
Who You Are
You've done commercial work before. Sales, marketing, PR, maybe customer success. You know the playbook. But you also know the playbook is about to change because of AI.
You're not scared of AI. You're obsessed with it. You want to be the world champion at AI powered sales. Not in a "let's automate everything" way. In a "how do we blend AI and humans to sell smarter and faster" way.
You're technical enough to understand Henosia. You're not a developer, but you could learn to use our product and build something with it. You're not intimidated by tech people or technical conversations.
You have startup energy. You've worked at or built a growth stage company before. You know what it's like when priorities shift daily, when things break, when you need to solve problems that don't have playbooks yet.
You're an entrepreneur. Not in a "I have side hustles" way, but in a "I want to own the outcome and take responsibility for building a business" way. You want the chaos, the ownership, the high stakes.
You can create AND execute the plan. You have the strategic mindset and overview to create the long-term plan, but you’re also not afraid to roll up your sleeves, take the lead and show your team how it’s done either.
You want to revolutionize how we sell. Not by throwing out sales principles, but by rethinking how we execute them with AI. The disciplines are the same. The tools are radically different.
Requirements
Must have:
Experience from commercial roles (sales, marketing, growth, or mix)
Track record of scaling revenue at a tech company or startup
Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales (we're a product led company but will need enterprise motion)
Experience with PR, social media, and brand building
Comfortable with ambiguity and building from zero
Entrepreneur mindset. You solve problems, you don't wait for someone else to
Nice to have:
Built or led a commercial org at an early-stage startup
Experience with developer tools or technical products
Comfortable using AI tools (or at least excited to learn)
Network in the Danish/Nordic tech scene
Fundraising experience
